Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bloomingthymes purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your handbag, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

Eligible for Return?

To qualify for a return, your bag must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn & Original Condition: It must be in the same pristine condition as you received it, with tags attached and original packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

What cannot be returned:

  • Items beyond the 30-day return window.
  • Items that are worn, used, or washed.
  • Items without original tags attached.
  • Sale items or custom-made handbags (please check product description for clarification).

How to initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team at support@bloomingthymes.store for a return authorization (RA) number. Be sure to have your order number and reason for return ready.

Return shipping:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Bloomingthymes.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for your own protection.

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 5 business days.
  • If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund (minus any original shipping charges) to the original payment method used for your purchase.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer exchanges for returned items. If you would like a different item, you will need to place a new order.

EU Customers (14-Day Cooling Off):

If you’re located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without explanation. The same eligibility criteria apply for EU returns.

  • We reserve the right to limit or deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
  • We recommend keeping your original receipt for your records.
